Feeling rushed and overwhelmed...How did I get here this early in the year??? There is Joy in this frustrating journey because believe it or not I am reminded more now then ever that I am not able to do it on my own!...that I have to be able to say NO to people and good things!

Thankful for my Dad, Micah and Sarah who came to see the house and help....we are getting there... move in date is set 2/20!!!!

Thankful for time with the Fister's. Excitingly celebrating baby Fister #3. God shows up in watching 2 sisters fight and love each other so much!!!

So thankful for my Mom who understands Wednesdays are rough now and she made dinner for us before skeeball!

It has been busy lately but investing in people and showing them they are valuable....there will never be a day I don't find Joy in that!!!!

Day #17
Took my Grandma and Dot bowling today...what a blast so thankful we could be a part of Dot bowling again! Blessed with great friends and family!
And the stove is in!!

Again a great reminder it is not all about Me!!! As much as I want the house done and want to move in...I don't want it to be at the expense of loving others well. Spent sometime in the am trying to tear up hardwood floor to be reused for my brothers new house.
Had a wonderful evening with people from our life group...celebrating our group and all the life we have lived together.

I mean I know the Powerball has been 1.5 billion dollars but I already feel like I won the lottery with Luke!
Luke found a refrigerator that was everything we were looking for on craigslist...he hustled (ran all of his deliveries) at work to beat everyone to go pick it up! And now we have an awesome fridge!!! He is dedicated and such a hard worker! Blessed!!!

Up and Down and all around
Our first night of skeeball. Lots of memories came back and trying to not continue the circle of the past...not easy. God asks us to do hard things to grow.

Celebration Tuesday...Lukes Grandpa's birthday and his Mom's. A grand evening of laughing and catching up!

Dinner with my second cousin once removed...haha Joy in spending time with family...even all the drama behind our subway visit...no coupon, no kids meal, no bueno...we laughed and had a grand time together!!!

Celebration Sunday...Joy in celebrating Luke!
He is full of Spunk, compassion, generosity, hard work, adventure, and whole lot of Love.
We celebrated with a French Toast breakfast, presents, home depot, house, dinner, lowes...fantastic day.

Wonderful evening worshipping at church after a long day working at the house! I am blessed over and over

Dinner and Strawberry Milkshakes for the man of the night. A fun evening with
Family...parents went in on the "Want" gift for Luke...so we had tacos for dinner and Strawberry Milkshakes for his early bday.
We do 3 gifts...want, need and spiritual.
He is excited to use his new chain saw...lots of trees to cut down on 5 acres of forest!!! :)

This year I am seeing the little things. Like meeting someone at the door...while I feel like it is a sign of familiarity if you just have someone come in...but being there to welcome them has a big impact on them! Give Love Away!

Today I gave my 2 weeks notice...super excited for the next Steps God has me taking in 2016...
Spent the evening with a friend talking about things we were fasting from for the next 3 weeks and the reasons why...what were we seeking.

Day #3
Well we didn't plan on it, but we bought a couch and love seat for the house today. Got a good deal and then an ever better one because Luke is awesome!
Had a wonderful Christmas with the Papcun's in the evening. Hard to believe they have done life together 40+ years!
Day #2
Back to work! Well back to work on the house. Blew insulation and put together cabinets with some help! Thankful for the help and the progress! Getting there...
Day #1
Thankful for the help of moving our "new" washer and dryer! Enjoyed family day celebrating a new year and The Buckeyes win!

Last day of the year 2015. So much to reflect on and be thankful for in the last year. Thankful for these friends that we get to celebrate with...and look forward to the future.
