Thankful for miscommunication that allowed for me to be home and my brother ad sister-in-law to all be at the house singing songs about Turkeys and potatoes!

Thankful for hope and excitement. I can't imagine not having hope...they say the definition of poverty isn't not having thongs even things like food, clean water or even a house to love in...poverty is the lack of HOPE. Thankful our savior gives us HOPE everyday!!! I am beyond rich, because I have Hope!

What a great morning talking to Pastor Nate about what is next for us after our Life Group ends.
Enjoyed a wonderful day for a hike with my parents!
Great time serving at Voltage (Where kids bring their parents to learn) They learned about serving and made thanksgiving dessert for a few urban partners and made placemats for them as well.

Joy in going on a double date with Luke's parents who are home from Africa for the month. Got to go to a Cavs game and watch a very exciting game. Joy in time!

When I don't feel like working on the House...God has a different plan. Luke and I got to work together instead of just working at the house. We laid the subfloor together...I enjoy when we work together and when he trusts me enough to try new things...and let's be honest do things most men wouldn't let women do :)

Sad day our last meeting on James as a leadership team. Joy in learning about God, learning how we can apply it our lives and ways the Holy Spirit works in each of our lives.

What a joyful day to meet up with Giliad. The man we met in Mexico City from Israel. We had a great breakfast in Ohio City and a walk through the west side market. We got to hear about his travels the last few months and his plans to finish his masters and possibly come back to the states!

So much going on and having to choose between friends and opportunities is often hard thankful God opens and closes doors for us and leads us in the right direction!

Thankful that in the midst of lots of trials...I have a man who has dinner ready and a glass of wine poured...and a piece of chocolate :) Yep, he is pretty awesome. Thankful for a text and a call that offers hope!!!

Lately Sundays are rushed and planned and insane. Today was all spontaneous after 1pm. Joy in that!!!!!
Even on a rough day emotionally I can see God working to make me smile!

Got some donuts for Luke and I had a mountain dew...Joy in drinking yellow dye???? Haha so unlike me, but my stomach was upset and the mountain dew calmed it.
Donut in my hand was a photo prop...no gf donuts at hinkley donut shop. :(

Joy in receiving a 5 gallon bucket of apples from family. Luke and I both like homemade applesauce...so we spent our evening not babysitting making tasty applesauce...all thanks to Joel and Jenny for the apples...and Cindy Zacharias for my all time favorite applesauce recipe...the cranberries make it!!!

A great evening with the Nichols. Always joyful and refreshing to catch up with friends...and eat yummy mexican!
